■Are there any restrictions to a file name?

Sakura’s rental server has restrictions on the characters that can be used for file names.

 Alphabets (a - z, A - Z), numbers (0 - 9), hyphens (-), periods (.)
 and under bar (_) may be used.

When you transfer a file created on a PC which contains Japanese characters in the file name, please recreate the file or change the file name using only the above-mentioned half-width characters before transferring.
