There are several error messages which you may encounter, and each error message has a different solution.
Please refer to “Error messages” on the Sakura internet’s website for the details.

500 Internal Server Error

• If you use PHP or CGI, some restrictions in file permissions and file names (extension) may apply. Please make sure that it is set up correctly.
• ITC will stop publishing the website and change the password of the server if you the procedures for continuation of use is not carried out within the processing time limit.
  (Please ask to the person in charge of WEB PARK to check your current registration status.)

403 Forbidden

Please confirm whether or not the access restriction by .htaccess is set correctly.

index_error

It is possible that the problem is caused by the WEB contents not being installed under /home/webparkNNNN/www. Please make sure that the WEB contents are migrated (installed) correctly in the WEB publishing area.
