■Can you instruct me on “How to search about xxx” when using the database and “How to write SQL statement”

ITC does not provide support on how to use a database or how to write SQL statements. There are large number of books (manuals/reference books) published about databases as well as various documents/information available on the internet. Please refer to those materials.
