Using the MCU (Multipoint Control Units)

We provide a service which allows use of MCUs (Multipoint Control Unites). Using a MCU will make it possible to participate in a multipoint conference even if you are using a video conference system which does not have a multipoint connection function.

Main functions and notes for MCU (Polycom RMX 1500)
  • Maximum number of connections: 15 locations
(The maximum number of connections may be reduced depending on the connected models.)
  • This is a system which specifies a conference number for the connection.
(Prior notification of IP address is not necessary.)
  • Carrying out connection tests in advance are recommended.
  • It may not be possible to connect using some models, as well as some functions such as the send and receive of contents (PC screen etc.) may not be supported. Please check the connectivity and operation in advance.
